Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made. Simply call our Customer Care line on 1-800-515-5911 during our opening hours (6.00am and 5.00pm EST, Monday to Friday). Alternatively you can notify us of cancellation by email, by emailing cancellationus@lizearle.com with your name, address and order reference number.
You may also withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product. Please call our Customer Care line on 1-800-515-5911 or email cancellationus@lizearle.com and we can advise you.
